- Account details: name, email, and login credentials when you create an account.
- Purchase data: order ID, product purchased, and payment status from our checkout provider. We do not store full card numbers on this site.
- Support messages: whatever you send through the contact form or email.
- Usage data: pages visited, device/browser type, and approximate location from IP.
- Cookies and similar tech: session cookies, and optional analytics cookies if we enable them.
3. How we use information
- Deliver newsletter and paid content you subscribed to
- Process purchases and prevent fraud or account sharing abuse
- Answer support requests and improve the product
- Send transactional email (receipts, access, important notices)
- Send optional marketing only if you opted in (for example the free newsletter)
4. Sharing
We share data with service providers who help run the business — payment/checkout, hosting, email delivery, and analytics if used. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Retention
We keep account and purchase records as long as needed to provide access, meet legal/accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete account data where we are not required to keep it.
