1. Agreement

AI Software Engineer (ASE) provides a newsletter, educational content, and related materials about AI-assisted software development. Features, courses, and delivery formats may evolve.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Access is personal unless a plan expressly allows team seats. Sharing accounts or redistributing paid materials is prohibited.

4. License to materials

A paid plan grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use content for your own learning and professional work. You may not copy, publish, or redistribute paid materials as a competing product or public archive.

5. Payments

Purchases are processed by third-party checkout providers. Prices, taxes, and available tiers are shown at checkout. Monthly, annual, and founding plans may differ in price or early benefits.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or use materials for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. No professional warranty

Content is for education. Tools change quickly. We do not warrant that every technique will work unchanged in every environment. The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Software Engineer and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes may also be noted on the site or by email.
